Don't Want Order Received Anymore: If you just decide you don't want an item for whatever reason, you can return the order within 7 days after receiving the package(s).

You must first call or email us to obtain an RA Number and to receive instructions on where to ship your order back as we use many different warehouses.

A 20% restock fee is deducted from all returns and the customer must pay freight back to the warehouse.

Be sure to place the RA# on the outside of the box and to help to expedite your return once it is received back by us.

**Please note that all sales are final 7 days after you have received your order, no exceptions**

Return Freight Charges: You (the customer) are responsible for the return freight charges so it is up to you how you ship the items back be it UPS, FEDEX or USPS. 

Restocking Fee: A 20% restock fee is deducted from all orders / items returned.

Damaged Goods Received: All orders are checked for accuracy and quality before shipping but mistakes unfortunately will occur on occasion! If the goods you receive are deemed damaged or you receive an item other than what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will take care of the situation for you in terms of a return or exchange quickly and professionally with our apologies for any inconvenience to you.
