Why was I charged before my order shipped?

You weren't! You card will be charged only when your order ships.

When you place an order your card is "authorized" for the amount of the order. This places a hold on that amount until your order ships.

 

My charge for freight on my order was less than it was supposed to be?

Freight charges are based on your total dollar amount of items purchased when you place your order and your card is authorized for that amount.

However, we don't know the exact freight amount until your order is ready to ship. If the actual freight cost is less than originally calculated when you placed your order, then you will only be charged this amount thus lowering the total amount of your order. ALSO to save on shipping you should ship to a business location whenever possible. UPS has a surcharge for residential addresses so business addresses will always have a lower shipping cost.

 

When will my order ship out?

After confirming stock availability your order will ship within 24-72 hours. We strive to get all of our orders shipped by the next business day after your order is placed and when possible your order is shipped out the same day.

 

How does my order ship and when will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out via UPS ground. Transit time can be 1-6 business days after your order ships out and just depends on how far away you are from the actual shipping warehouse. We use different warehouses but our main warehouse is in Hollywood, FL 33020. You can find transit time info at UPS.com. 

 

How do I return an order?

If you decided you want to return an order or you items were damaged or received incorrectly you must contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. After 7 days all sales are final and returns will not be accepted. View all return info here
